The website www.openmprtl.org is not available because its security certificate is out of date. I have tried on various devices and browsers and cannot access the website.
The website is referred to by Intel documentation, including this developer page for the Intel Math Kernel Library.

I attempted to raise this with Intel support directly but they were not able to help me because I do not have a support subscription and indicated that I should post the issue here.
