Parallel Studio XE2016 download

Dear Intel,

I own a license for parallel studio XE 2016 and would like to download it from my account. Unfortunately for all version that I can choose from the drop-down menu it says "No access until renewed".

I know I'm out of the maintenance, but as I once purchased the software it should still be possible for me to be able to download it.

Could you please help?
