I have an SN for the Intel OneAPI toolkit, which I have registered, but I still do not have access to priority support for some reason. Can someone please advise?

Hi Viraj, we checked our database using your email address. Unfortunately, we were unable to track any licenses registered under your email address. Thus, you are unable to access Priority Support. You only need to register the serial numbers for your commercial products. Registering your serial number identifies your product as eligible for Priority Support. Free products do not need registration and do not come with Priority Support.
You can register your serial numbers on the Intel Registration Center.
- If you are already signed in, go to Serial Number, enter your serial number, and then select Register.
- If you are not signed in, enter your email address and serial number, and then select Register Product. If this email address is not yet associated with an account, you are prompted to create an account.

Yes, I think the problem is that even after I register an SN, for some reason it is not sustainable. Following is a screenshot that shows that I can register an SN for oneAPI but if I refresh the page or login again, it goes away:
Thanks,
Viraj

Viraj, we have modified a bit of your response and hid the non-public details contained in it.
We checked our database with the information you had provided. We see that the license is not registered to any account, as of yet. Thus, you are not able to access Priority Support.
You can register your serial numbers on the Intel Registration Center by clicking here> https://registrationcenter.intel.com/en/products/
- If you are already signed in, go to Serial Number, enter your serial number, and then select Register.
- If you are not signed in, enter your email address and serial number, and then select Register Product. If this email address is not yet associated with an account, you are prompted to create an account.

Hello,
I tried registering the product and it does allow for registration, but when I refresh the page or log back in again, the product registration is no longer visible. Have you encountered this problem before?
Not sure how I could demonstrate the problem so that it is reproducible on your end. May be I can get on a Teams call? I am a Data Scientist at Accenture and currently leveraging oneAPI in my project.
Thanks,
Viraj

Viraj, we have internally raised a registration request once again. It will go through a series of internal security checks before being approved. The license should be available to you within the next 48 business hours.
Please let us know if that is not the case.
