Hello I bought ntel® oneAPI Base & HPC Toolkit (Single-Node)

I have two questions :

1) I tried to register my product with S/N but it says already registered. how can I register my product?

2) I am using VS2015 and due to our policy changing version of VS is difficult. During installation, for using VS2015, I have to do custom installation but I cannot find any document
