parallel_studio_xe_2020_update4_composer_edition_for_fortran_setup.exe is the one I'd recommend using. But you clearly have some environment issues I can't help with.

Hi Steve,

I'll contact the IT folks to see if they can allow the child process. In the meantime, I'll put the install files on a thumb drive and bring it to my home PC where I am Lord and Master and have all the rights I need to see if it works. I built it from parts a few years ago and run Win10.
