Slow editor response

I use Visual Studio Community 2022 + the latest version of the fortran compiler for Windows

It is very difficult to use because every minute Visual Studio does not answer for 20 seconds.

What can be done ?

Should FORTRAN IDE 22.0 be desactivated

or come back to Visual Studio 2019 ?

Inside Visual Studio - click Help> About Microsoft Visual Studio, copy the info listed and past it here. This will provide additional information on your current VS and Fortran Compiler integration.

Hi Jean, can you confirm whether the integration of the IDE with the Fortran compiler was successful or not? Did you encounter any warnings or errors during the installation of the toolkit? Also, please confirm the build version of VS 2022 and the compiler version you are using?
