Hi Soumya, 

 

We appreciate your support last time.
But there's another problem.
There is a problem if I try to reinstall and re-certify based on the information you provided by the company.
So I ask you to confirm one thing.
Access to the site below is normal in our company.
https://lemcenter.intel.com/products/ 
However, if I press the sign-in or sign-up button, the domain I accessed will be changed to https://consumer.intel.com/.
Then I can't access the domain in our company.
So please check if the site is blocking our company's IP below.

We can't use VPN because of company security.
Do I need to use VPN because our company's IP is blocked on the website?

Taegoo, you can try accessing the site using a VPN. You can also clear the cache and cookies of your browser and try again. When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.
