Request for Intel Fortran Compiler 2023 and Related Packages for Delft3D installation

I am currently setting up Delft3D for my personal scientific research. However, I encountered an issue with the latest version of Intel software (2025), as it does not include ifort, which is required for my setup.

To proceed with my installation, I kindly request access to the following older versions of Intel software:

• Intel Fortran Compiler: w_fortran-compiler_p_2023.2.1.7_offline.exe
• Intel MPI: w_mpi_oneapi_p_2021.10.0.49373_offline.exe
• Intel MKL: w_onemkl_p_2023.2.0.49500_offline.exe
• Intel Fortran Runtime: w_ifort_runtime_p_2023.2.1.19.exe

I would greatly appreciate any guidance on how I can obtain these specific versions or any alternative solutions you may suggest. Thank you for your time and support.
