I own a copy of Intel VTune Amplifier XE for windows. I had a disastrous hard drive crash and lost my original installation. But when I go to the registration site and enter the serial number of my product, it tells me the serial number is already registered, and doesn't allow mw to create the license file, please help me resolve the issue
