Stalled download from registration centre

I am trying to download Intel® System Studio Ultimate Edition for Windows* version 3 and Intel® SDK for OpenCL™ Applications for Windows* through the Intel registration centre, but both downloads stall.  I have registered for both packages and have serial numbers. And have tried running the the downloads on Edge, Chrome and Firefox.  

 

Can someone please give me some advice on how to resolve this.
