Support tickets not working again?

This morning I tried to look at my support tickets again.  It asked me to log in.  I logged in.  Then I got the dreaded message.  I had this issue before.  Please, can you check if there is any kind of issue going on?  It seems to be consistent of when my session times out and the web site wants me to log in again.

I left some Chrome windows open overnight, about 10 hours
This morning I try to refresh supporttickets.intel.com by adding <space> <enter> to the URL
I type in my login credentials
I get the system unavailable message
I close all Chrome windows

I try to log in again in a new Chrome, I get the same message.
I go go the forums on a new tab and some google searches.
I open an incognito Chrome window, log in to support tickets, there are a few redirects, then same message (system unavailable).
I go back to the forums.  I verify I am logged in.
I try support tickets on a new tab.  I can now access the support tickets on this new tab.

Have you tried to leave some tabs open overnight, and then access support tickets in the morning?

Hi Nick3,

Thanks for posting your concern on the forum and providing the screenshot. We apologize for the inconvenience caused due to the issue. We tried to replicate it via our test accounts. However, the issue did not occur.

Proceeding further, we checked your account and found that there was a technical glitch due to which this and the prior community forum issue may have occurred. However, we have fixed it. This might resolve the community access and current support ticket access issue.

As mentioned via support ticket recently, please try clearing your cache, cookies and system temporary files before giving it a try or visit the link via an Incognito tab of your browser.

Online Service Center: https://supporttickets.intel.com/?lang=en-US

However, please let us know if the issue persists.

Regards,

Soumya

Hi Nick3,

That might have been a part of the reason. However, glad to know that you can access the support tickets now. We checked with our internal resources as well. We were able to successfully access your support history through an internal interface which acts as a replica of your account to view its status for us to check with. We are attaching a screenshot of it herewith.

Proceeding further we are closing this thread. By any chance, if it ever occurs in the future, please try clearing your cookies, cache and system temporary files. If it still persists, kindly post a new question. Feel free to let us know about it. We are here to assist you.

Note: This thread will no longer be monitored by Intel®.

Hope you have a great day ahead!

Regards,

Soumya
