Transfer Parallel Studio 2016 license to a new user.

Hi,

I'm trying to transfer a parallel studio xe 2016 license to a new user, but don't see any option in the portal to do. Could someone please let me know from where we can do that?

Hi, thank you for your reply. I don’t want to change the primary owner but rather assign just a license to a new user. Is there any way to check how many activations are left? When I try to activate the product, it says "Connection error- Please check your internet connection" even when there are no issues with connectivity. So, I was wondering if the license needs to be assigned to the user before he/she can activate the software using the serial number.

Hi, please make sure that the installation package is an offline package(size close to or more than a gigabyte) and you are using a license file to activate it instead of using the license serial number.
