Unable to download Intel Parallel Studio XE 2018 U4 Fortran online installer

Hello, since today I cannot download Intel Parallel Studio XE 2018 U4 fortran from the online installer as you can see in the attached image.

I bought the licence in 2018 and it seems intel deleted my account, so i cannot download an new installer.

I've signed in with a new account but when i put my serial number in the "entitlements" section the system says that the e-mail address is not part of the same domain name as registered with the serial number but it's the same mail address !

I just want to download the offline installer to solve my problem.

Is anyone has the same problem?
