Unable to install Intel Fortran 2025.0.4

Dear Fortran Community,

I was unable to install the latest Fortran compiler , Version 25.0.4.  I first tried the offline install (Fortran only) and go the following error message:

An error has been encountered during the installation process. Detailed installation log files are located under ... .  Please submit this error and the log files using one of the following support options:

- Report your issue on the Intel Community Forum

- If you have Priority Support, Submit a Service request at Online Service Center

Download failed: Failed to establish Internet connection.  Check your connection settings.

Installation of component has failed.  Component id: Intel.oneapi.win.compilers-common-runtime, name: Intel* oneAPI Compiler 2025.0.4, version: 2025.0.4+1521.  Error: Sequence execution failed.

Seeing that the reported problem was with the Internet connection, I decided to try the online installer, with the same results.  After doing a repair install on 24.2.0, I was able to revert to the previous version, Intel Fortran 25.0.1.

How can I install the current Version 25.0.4, or the upcoming Version 25.1?

• Operating system and its build version on which you are installing the product.
• Exact version of Visual Studio.
