Unable to rehost/regenerate license

I have the below licenses I am trying to rehost. After updating the host information and clicking on the "Rehost/Regenerate license" button, I receive the following error: "Please fill in the mandatory details".

1 X Intel® Parallel Studio XE Professional Edition for C++ Windows* 2020

2 X Intel® Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for C++ Windows* 2020

Please advised what I can do to resolve this?
