Hi Nguyen, could you please share the below details for further investigation:

  • OS build on which you are installing the software.
  • Is the installer an online or an offline package?
  • Version of Microsoft Visual Studio installed along with it's build version
  • Installation Log files.
    • The default path for a log file for a oneAPI installation is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\oneAPI\logs
    • The default path for a log file for a Parallel Studio XE installation is: %temp%\pset_tmp_PSXE<version>_<username>
  • Screenshot of an error while installing the software.
  • Correct version of Intel® AI Analytics Toolkit.

Hi RahulC_Intel,

I am very sorry for late reply to you.

I am using Red Hat Enterprise Linux ComputeNode, VERSION="7.9 (Maipo)" and using online installer.

I just followed the instruction from the website.

wget https://registrationcenter-download.intel.com/akdlm/IRC_NAS/af4bc50d-898e-45a4-8f7d-378448ba294a/l_AIKit_p_2023.2.0.48997.sh

sh ./l_AIKit_p_2023.2.0.48997.sh

Please take a look at the attached files.

Thank you

Hi Nguyen, we would like to inform you that Intel® AI Analytics Toolkit has not been tested and validated on Red Hat Enterprise Linux ComputeNode from our engineering team. So it may or may not work with the current operating system.

Kindly refer to the link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/system-requirements/intel-oneapi-ai-analytics-toolkit-system-requirements.html and use the compatible operating system that has been tested and verified by our engineering team.
