VTune does not work under Windows accounts with non-ASCII characters

I previously reported this issue here :

• You effectively closed the issue only two days after requesting more feedback (and that during holiday season)??
• The proposed solution/requested feedback is, I'm sorry, laughable: you don't support non-ASCII paths, what is this 1993??
• And you require me/the user to rename my user profile directory ?? I would hope you would know that that is impossible - Windows chooses the name of that directory automatically...And no serious user would be willing to create and start with a new Windows user profile just to install Intel software!? + even if I was willing to I _cannot_ because the user profile name is enforced by company policy remotely...
• What exactly is the problem with having non-ASCII characthers? I see that you are using/bundling the entire Qt framework just for the installer - one would hope that that bloatware then at least transparently handles paths in a portable manner...
