Where can I find older versions (2021.3) of Intel OneAPI Base and HPC for Windows?

I need 2021.3 version because of I am working on a software study and it was created for Visual Studio 2019 and One API (Intel® Fortran Compiler Classic 2021.3.0).

I have lates version of oneAPI but this software study is not suitable for lates version of oneAPI.

We would like to inform you that Intel® oneAPI Base and HPC Toolkit (Version: 2021.3) are old & unsupported. Please note that the older versions of Intel® Toolkits are not available publicly, only the latest version Intel® Toolkits and other latest products are available for download and installation.

Intel® has decided to discontinue support for Intel® Toolkits (including all versions released in 2024 and earlier) are not supported anymore. We urge users to upgrade to the latest version of Intel® developer tools. The unsupported versions do not include the latest functional and security updates. These versions are targeted to be removed after a period. We understand that this might be challenging, but it's important to note that the users with active priority support can only access older product versions.
