Where can I find the 2021.4 version of Intel OneAPI Base and HPC?

Hi Intel Community,

 

I am trying to compile software for my PhD reasearch (Delft3D) with the Intel OneAPI Fortran compiler. However, Delft3D seems to only supports the OneAPI 2021.* version.

 

Can someone please post the download links of Intel OneAPI Base and HPC version 2021.4 (I think it is the latest major 2021 release)?
