Hi CHuan, thank you for reaching out.
Please note that the Intel® HPC Toolkit includes the Intel® Fortran Compiler. For Intel® oneAPI Toolkit, there is no need for license activation as the license is not necessary to install Intel® oneAPI Base & HPC Toolkit. This toolkit is freely accessible and does not require a license to install.
Kindly go through below download link for the latest Intel® HPC Toolkit (version 2025.1.0) :
Link : https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/oneapi/hpc-toolkit-download.html
However, access to older versions of Intel® oneAPI Toolkit is available only to users with an active Intel® Priority support subscription, which grants access to a secure portal. If you require the Intel® Fortran Compiler, it is available as part of Intel® HPC Toolkit or as a stand-alone product.
If you would like to purchase new license, we suggest you check with our resellers or webstore team. You may visit the below link to find their contact information.
