Hello,
Unfortunately, I cannot install oneAPI Base Toolkit (or other oneAPI Toolkits) because my freshly installed Visual Studio (2019 Enterprise) is not found.
I now know that this has to do with setting environment variables.
I have, among many others, already tried the workaround via VsDevCmd.bat - unfortunately without success so far.
I use Windows 10 Pro for Workstations with the file system ReFS - is the error perhaps (also) to be found there?
Maybe it would be much easier if Intel would announce once where exactly oneAPI expects the Visual Studio installation file-wise. Then I would reinstall VS2019 there.
This way, however, this error becomes almost embarrassing. I am not a beginner. However, such idiotic "rules" are starting to make me feel that way.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
Thanks a lot
Nik

Hi,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
As it's an installation issue we are moving this issue to a Registration, Download, Licensing, and Installation Forum.
Warm Regards,
Abhishek
