Windows download: "Service currently unavailable."

I am trying to download Intel oneAPI MKL for Windows, but both Online and Offline installers are unavailable. The message is "Service currently unavailable. Try again later".

I have logged in. 

The issue is only for Windows. For both Linux and macOS, offline and online installer downloads are available.

I solved the issue by downloading the online installer for the full oneAPI package, and only selected oneAPI MKL with a custom installation. Also, it appears to have been resolved on Intel's web site now as well.
