we have just renewed license for Intel® Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran and C++ Linux*,  however the license server and ID are not right, we need to regenerate the floating license file by using proper license server name and ID.

how to proceed ?

Hi, we have edited out parts of your query since that is related to your purchase information. Please note that information is non-public in nature.

For step by step guidance on how to modify the license information, visit here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/troubleshooting/change-serverhost-data-node-locked-or-floating-license.html#:~:text=Edit%20the%20host%20data&text=if%20you%20have%20not%20registered,Update%20%26%20Regenerate%20License)%20option.

thanks for the quick response.

checked the product registery page, I cannot find "Action Column" beside the product serial number,  probably the login user is not admin,  it show "developer"  on the page.  can you switch this user to administrtor?

Hi, we see that the email address provided by you is assigned the role of a Developer. Please convey the license owner firstly to remove your email address from the Developer role and only then add your email address to the Administrator role. Unfortunately, we do not have the authority to make this change from our end.

Please let us know if you do not know the contact details of the license owner. In that case, we will have to initiate a license transfer from our end.
