We have a commercial engineering application that is recompiled/linked every time it runs. The core of the application is shipped as .a library files, last compiled in 2011. We have spoken with the vendor, and there is no possibility of getting a newer version. We have been successfully using this software with parallel studio 2020.4.304, ifort version 19.1.3.304, for which we have a perpetual floating license. Unfortunately our license server hardware is at risk of failing, and we need to rehost to new hardware, which will require new keys. We no longer have paid support for parallel studio. I've tried using the legacy ifort compiler included in the latest oneapi release, but the linked executables fail with a fatal forrtl internal consistency check failure. Note that in the first failing app, ifort is used only to link a bunch of .a files - no actual compilation takes place, so the issue seems to be a runtime incompatibility.
At this point, is there any way to obtain a new parallel studio license key for a new host? If not, is there a way to download an older version of oneapi to see if the an earlier release will work with this code?

Hi Raymond, please note that the older versions of Intel® Toolkits are not available publicly, only the latest version Intel® Toolkits and other latest products are available for download and installation.
Intel® has decided that Intel Parallel Studio XE, All Editions, All Versions are not supported anymore. We urge users to upgrade to the latest version of Intel® developer tools. The unsupported versions do not include the latest functional and security updates. These versions are targeted to be removed after a period. We understand that this might be challenging, but it's important to note that the users with active priority support can only access older product versions.
For more information refer to the link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/release-notes/oneapi-supported-product-versions.htm, and scroll down to the Unsupported Product Version.
Intel® oneAPI users with active Intel Priority Support can access older versions via a secure portal you gain access to as part of your support subscription.
