I need intel parallel studio xe 2019 update 5 to use with ANSYS UPF, but apparently it is no longer available. How could I get it?

I managed to solve my need by installing Intel oneAPI Base Toolkit and Intel oneAPI HPC Toolkit. Everything is working fine.
