no download possible

I can not download any Intel products I have Entitlements for.

I log in and find:

https://lemcenter.intel.com/productDownload
 > Intel® oneAPI Base and HPC Toolkit (Single-Node)
  > Windows
   > Intel® oneAPI Threading Building Blocks for Windows*

Clicking link, and spinning for a while, It only gives me:
There is no download versions for the product

...it is same result for all other links as well...

How should we download products we bought license for ?

And how do I manage to reach the priority support I believe I should have access to?

Regards,

Magnus

Hi Magnus,

Thanks for posting your concern on the forum. We apologize for the delay. However, we appreciate your patience. Since Intel® is migrating the customer's sign-in and licensing process to Intel® Azure, we are facing a technical backend issue. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. However, our internal team is working on fixing this issue as soon as possible.

Please wait for 2-3 business days. We will get back to you as soon as we have it fixed.

Hope you have a nice day ahead!

Regards,

Soumya

Magnus, please click here: Intel® Registration Center - User Portal, and register your email address. Once that is done, you should be able to see the product and download the software.

We would like to know.
