oneAPI 2024.0.0 : missing mkl_sycl.3.dll

i don't have mkl_sycl.3.dll in C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\oneAPI\2024.0\bin

plenty of other mkl files are there.

 

i have everything from oneAPI 2024.0.0 installed, oneAPI  is integrated into VS and works fine, i've tried repairing the installation.

 

is mkl_sycl.3.dll only available in an older version or something?
