Dear sir/madam
We as University has purchased Intel® oneAPI Base & HPC Toolkit (Single-Node) - Named-user Academic (ESD)-intel priority support
The product is register with the provided key on purchase.
But while trying to register or create a ticket for priority support, the error prompts that
"Our records indicate you don't have the Priority Support to submit a ticket for this product. If you think this is in error let us know, otherwise, discuss issues in the Intel Community Forums"
Login was done with the same email ID as used for intel priority support registration with key provided on purchase.
Request to please suggest the solution.

Hi Client, we have created a priority ticket from our end and we we have reached out to you on that ticket. Going forwards, we will continue our support regarding your account issue (Priority Support) on that ticket.
