oneAPI base toolkit download issue

Tried to download following steps given on this page but it didn't work.

 

wget https://registrationcenter-download.intel.com/akdlm/irc_nas/18236/l_BaseKit_p_2021.4.0.3422.sh

sudo bash l_BaseKit_p_2021.4.0.3422.sh

Kiefer, we were able to make it work by running this proxy script: 

https://intelpedia.intel.com/images/8/88/Setup_intel_proxy.sh.zip


Then, edit /etc/environment and remove *.intel.com from no_proxy and NO_PROXY.
