Tested Configuration 3:
- Visual Studio 2022 17.7.1
- oneAPI 2023.2
- Windows 11
Repro Steps:
- Install Visual Studio 2022 17.7.1
- Download the offline oneAPI installer.
- Disconnect from the internet.
- Install oneAPI Base Kit using the offline installer with all default options.
The installation will fail to integrate with Visual Studio.
I did not observe this issue on Visual Studio 2022 17.6.
