Do you support a url for wget scraping, or an rsync service endpoint, for the oneAPI filetree?
I need to mirror the oneAPI upstream repo (https://yum.repos.intel.com/oneapi) locally for provisioning of clients which are not allowed to talk to the outside world. I can mirror via reposync like so...
https_proxy=<REDACTED> dnf reposync -c /var/repo/utils/IntelOneAPI.repo -p /var/repo/intel
but would very much prefer to use wget or rsync so that I don't combine the sync meta of repositories being mirrored with that of repositories being locally used (ie, in the local DNF cache and /var/lib/... locations).
Please note this is a preference, not a requirement.

This will be for a heterogeneous cluster, including but not limited to
- CentOS 7.9
- Rocky 8.8
- Rocky 9
- Ubuntu LTS 22.10
I'll be testing combinations of these as both clients, cluster admin node, and repository mirroring host.
