oneAPI windows installer crashes - installation not possible

I m having issues with opeAPI installer on Windows 10. Have tried the online AND the offline version. Both installer exes crash immediately after starting the executable.

Installer w_BaseKit_p_2021.4.0.3421.exe and w_BaseKit_p_2021.3.0.3221_offline.exe.

The system actually does nothing, not even display an erro message. The only information I get is in the windows event viewer:

Hi CBra,

Thanks for posting your concern on the forum and reaching out to us via Online Service Center. Please make sure the below requirements are met.

• 3 GB of disk space (minimum) if only installing compiler and its libraries: Intel oneAPI DPC++/C++ Compiler, Intel® DPC++ Compatibility Tool, Intel® oneAPI DPC++ Library and Intel® Threading Building Block
• Maximum of ~24 GB disk space if installing all components

Note: During the installation process, the installer may need up to 6 GB of additional temporary disk storage to manage the download and intermediate installation files.

However, if you are facing the issue while all the requirements are met then please get back to us with the log files from the below path.

Path- C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\oneAPI\logs

The logs will allow us to understand the issue better.
