Tried to install offline Intel OneApi v2024.1 (and the version below) on Visual Studio 2019 v16.11.34. But I’m encountering the some problem like this.
Details: Attempt 1 of 2 failed. Execution of C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\Installer\resources\app\ServiceHub\Services\Microsoft.VisualStudio.Setup.Service\VSIXInstaller.exe failed with exit code -2146233088, output: Process crashed Attempt 2 of 2 failed. Execution of C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\Installer\resources\app\ServiceHub\Services\Microsoft.VisualStudio.Setup.Service\VSIXInstaller.exe failed with exit code -2146233088, output: Process crashed Error: Sequence execution failed
How do I solve it?

Hi Sharp, please note that Intel® oneAPI Toolkits version: 2024.1 are now older and unsupported products.
Intel® has decided that Intel® Toolkits Versions: 2024.1.0 and earlier are not supported anymore. We urge users to upgrade to the latest version of Intel® developer tools. The unsupported versions do not include the latest functional and security updates. These versions are targeted to be removed after a period. We understand that this might be challenging, but it's important to note that the users with active priority support can only access older product versions.

But, when I am in an offline environment, I still cannot get it to work with version 2024.2.0; the error is the same.”

Hi Sharp, could you please share the below details with us?
- Version of Microsoft Visual Studio installed along with it's build version while installing the latest version.
- OS build on which you are installing the product.
- Other versions of Intel® Parallel Studio XE or Intel® oneAPI already installed on the system.
- Installation Log files.
- The default path for a log file for a oneAPI installation is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\oneAPI\logs
