Hi, RahulC
I'm Xue. Thank you so much for your reply, and I am sorry that I didn't reply to your letter in time. This is because of the time difference issue, which prevents me from clicking the reply button. Next, I'm going to tell you the details immediately:
- I'm installing the software on Windows11
- It's an online package
- I installed the latest version at the time before, but later I tried others, I'll tell you later
- I already installed a VS2013, an intel parallel XE 2013, and no oneAPI software. I guess this might be the main reason? I would like to know if it is possible to install VS2019 of version16.11.24 and oneAPI base of version 2013.1 based on keeping VS2013 and parallel XE 2013 on my computer? These two software are important to my current work.
- Later, I uninstalled the previous version of VS2022 and downloaded a VS2019 of version 16.11.24, and then tried an offline package of oneAPI of version 2023.1, but it also failed. the error screem is
- I'm sorry I didn't find these two installation log files.
Thank you so much for your help and enthusiasm. I am very grateful for this!

Hi Xue, Intel® has decided that Intel® oneAPI Toolkits Versions: 2023.1.0 and earlier are not supported anymore. We urge users to upgrade to the latest version of Intel® developer tools. The unsupported versions do not include the latest functional and security updates. These versions are targeted to be removed after a period. For more information refer to the link:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/release-notes/oneapi-supported-product-versions.htm, and scroll down to the Unsupported Product Versions.
We would like to inform you that perform a clean installation by removing the Visual Studio 2019 (16.11.24) and Intel® oneAPI 2023.1 then install Visual Studio 2019 16.11.27 and latest version of Intel® oneAPI release (offline installer).
Make sure you select the Desktop Development with C++ while installing the Visual Studio.
