unable to complete installation

当我下载Intel的Fortran软件时，即使我已经关闭了防火墙，但是当我运行程序时，我得到一个界面，提示“unable to complete installation”，说明下载失败。我该怎么办？

When I was downloading Intel's Fortran software, even though I had already turned off the firewall, when I ran the program, I got an interface with the message "unable to complete installation", indicating that the download had failed. What should I do to successfully  download it？

• Version of Microsoft Visual Studio installed along with its build version.
• Exact version of Intel® Fortran Compiler?
• ⁠Specify whether you are using Windows 10 or Windows 11.
• Other versions of Intel® Parallel Studio XE or Intel® oneAPI already installed on the system.
• Is the installer an online or an offline package?

Thank you for your reply,here are the details you may require:

1.Visual Studio Community 2022(17.13.5)

2.I have download both intel-fortran-essentials-2025.1.0.555 and intel-oneapi-hpc-toolkit-2025.1.0.665

3.Windows 11

4.I didn't download or install any.

5.I tried both online and offline package,but neither of them worked.

I have placed the screenshots of the version of the above installation software in the attachment column for reference. Thank you for your help.

What I want to install is Intel® Fortran Essentials (version 2025.1.0)，then I will attach the page of my installation error to the attachment column. Please check it.
