unable to download older versions of openvino

I am trying download OpenVINO 2020 R3. Upon clicking on the download link, it is redirecting to a registration page, after filling all the details and press on submit button it showing the following error "

We have experienced a critical system error.

A notice has been automatically generated to alert our staff. We will address this condition as soon as possible. Please try again later, after we have had some time to make repairs.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we resolve this issue.

Thanks for posting your concern on the forum. We had checked and found that there was a technical glitch due to which your account information was out of sync. However, we have fixed it now.


Please try using the same download link. If the issue persists, try clearing the browser cookies and cache or try visiting through the Incognito tab of the browser.


However, do let us know if the issue persists. Have a nice day ahead.
