we have an account by the name of mgcintel for Mentor systems. and was supported. however now that the login process has changed if requests for an email id which we assumed was eng_tools-support@mentor.com.
however that is not the case and we are no longer able to login.
kindly let us know the email id attached to mgcintel account.

Hi Sachin, please click here: Intel® Registration Center - User Portal, and register your email address. Do note that the current system is case sensitive, thus please use the exact email address. Once done, you should be able to login.

we are unable to login with our Mentor credentials.
Can you please share the email id that is available in your systems for Mentor?
we have an account by the name of mgcintel which has license and is under support. we wish to use the same.
however we are not aware of the email id attached the mgcintel account.

No, it did not solve the problem.
it asks for login credentials.
when selected the email id, it sent a passcode and that passcode did not work.

Sachin, we believe that you are trying to use a shared email account to sign in. We never allowed PDL/shared email accounts to be used, but now we have the ability to enforce it. Please use your personal information and it should be fine.
