urgently need to shift the license for an old intel compiler from one license server to another

Hello,

I am running the license manager for an old version of the intel compiler on a Windows server that is coming to end of life within a few days.  I need to be able to re-install this license manager software and the relevant license file on a new Window server ASAP.  Unless I do this, my users will lose access to the old intel compilers from my HPC system.

I absolutely need to be able to retain this older intel compiler version in a functional state on the HPC system.  Updating to a newer compiler will be too disruptive right now.  Please see the contents of my current license file (attached).  

The host ID of the new license server where I wish to migrate the license is: 005056a34f0c

I need help from intel in (a) re-generating the license file for the new server and (b) obtaining the flexlm license server software I need to install on the new machine.
