Intel VTune not working with Xeon(R) Platinum 8488C

Hi, When I try to run VTune on a recent AWS r7i instance with a Xeon(R) Platinum 8488C , I have the following message This analysis type is not applicable to the system because VTune Profiler cannot recognize the processor. If this is an old Intel processor, please refer to the minimum hardware requirements in the release note. If this is a new Intel processor, please check for an updated version of VTune Profiler. If this is an unreleased Intel processor, please contact Online Service Center for an NDA product package. Is there something to do, or should I wait for a new release? I'm using the last one available, 2024.1, from march 2024. Thanks

2024.1 should support the SPR platform. Have you been able to check if the VTune driver is ready? Please post your command line. Thanks.

I didn't specify, I'm on Windows Server 2022.

Here is the command line for drivers

It looks ok, but still I have the same error in VTune.

Please post the output of sep.exe -version (as administrator) and Windows Version & OS Build.

"c:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\oneAPI\vtune\2024.1\bin64\sep.exe" -version doesn't provide any output.

For Windows version :

It looks like there is something in environment prevents to detect CPU arch. I have escalated the issue to engineering team. We need some time to do investigations.

Could you share some information on your system:

1. Please check what antivirus is active on your system. It will be available at "Windows Security"->"Virus & threat protection"

You should see something like this - not necessarily CrowdStrike

Here it is.
It is the same antivirus that is installed on another, older, AWS machine, with Windows Server 2012R2 ona r5.4xlarge, and Intel VTune is working find on this one.
