Mac VTune downloads lead to a 404 page

Hi,

Is there a known problem with Mac downloads at the moment?  I've been trying the download the Mac interface for Vtune and all of the versions I've tried lead to a 404 page rather than a download.  I was able to download the Linux version successfully.

Thanks

Hi Arvind,

Thank you for your reply, I don't think I'm able to open a support ticket myself because I'm currently trying to use the free version without paid support.  Hopefully your ping of the internal team will lead to it being resolved.

Best regards,

Dominic

I've been able to download it now.  One odd thing though.  After installation, I can't select a 'Hardware platform' when configuring a run on an 'Arbitrary host' with the OS set to Linux.  The Hardware Platform list is not populated.  For my needs, I need to be able to generate a command line to run on an AWS instance.

For now I can either use the Linux client, or on the Mac, actually do the setup for Remote Linux (SSH) and then lift the command from that (removing the target system from the generated command), or just learn the options and create a command by hand on the target system.
