Slow Speed

Sir, I use Dell Inc. Latitude 7400 2-in-1.

Processore : 

Intel® Core™ i7-8665U CPU @ 1.90GHz,                                                                                               
Storage : 
NVMe KBG40ZNS512G NVM, Memory : 16 GB
OS : 
Edition : Microsoft Windows 11 Pro (64-bit)
Version (Build) : 23H2 (10.0.22631)
 
My Laptop runs slower even though every softwere seems to be up to dated. In this case,  are there any effective solution to speed up my PC?
