Hello. My friends and I are creating a PC assembly game in vr. How to request an official permit (or not) to use intel products in your game?

Hey,

That's really exciting to hear about your PC assembly game in VR! When it comes to featuring Intel products, you generally don't need a special permit from them. But there are a couple of things worth keeping in mind:

Check out Intel's Trademark Usage Guidelines. Even though you're good to go in creating content with Intel products, it's smart to make sure you're using their branding the right way.

Regarding Fair Use, if your game falls into categories like commentary, criticism, or educational purposes, you should be on solid ground. Fair use usually allows using copyrighted material without needing explicit permission.

Consider reaching out to Intel directly if you have specific concerns. They often have a team that deals with inquiries related to using their products in different media.

In a nutshell, just be cool with trademarks, stick to fair use principles, and if you're unsure, shoot a message over to Intel. Best of luck with your VR PC assembly game! It sounds like an awesome project.

Is that not what the user did by posting here?   Or, do you need chatGPT to answer that for you as well?
