Can I configure pipeline.json of EVAM in EII 4.0.0 with etcdkeeper?

Hi Siyoung,

​I've checked with the development team, at the moment, the pipeline.json file needs to be updated manually on the EVAM folder as it is not visible on the EVAM configuration in ETCD config.
