Hi All,
I am trying to install the EI for AMR using this guide https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/docs/ei-for-amr/get-started-guide-robot-kit/2022-2/requirements.html
I have prepared the target system with IOT Ubuntu* Desktop 20.04 (https://ubuntu.com/download/iot/intel-iotg)
BUT when I reach step 3 to download the edge_insights_for_amr.zip and go to Product Download page. I see three version options.
1) Robotics SDK 2.0
2) 2023.1 Server
3) 2023.1 Robot
but with 1st and 3rd I only see Ubuntu 22.04 LTS as available option for Target System. (please see screenshot below)
ONLY with the second option i.e., 2023.1 Server, I see Ubuntu 20.04 LTS as target system option available.
I am confused now, why is there no Ubuntu 20.04 LTS option under 2023.1 Robot or Robotics SDK 2.0?
Any help will be highly appreicated?
My objective is to run the real sense camera tutorial for now.
best regards,
Umar Ahmad

Hi,
The EI for AMR Robot and Server are considered legacy (previous release) and each have different requirements.
You may refer here.
It is recommended to start with the latest Intel Robotics SD Version 2.0 which requires Ubuntu 22.04.
You may refer to this guide.
Cordially,
Iffa

Hi,
Intel will no longer monitor this thread since we have provided a solution. If you need any additional information from Intel, please submit a new question.
