Hello JChen534,
Thank you for posting in Intel Ethernet Communities.
Regarding EEUpdate tool, please open our FAQ link:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000023048/network-and-i-o/ethernet-products.html
And you may contact Resource and Design Center for registration and access:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/design/resource-design-center.html
However, it is recommended that you contact the board vendormanufacturer for modification made on the onbaord NIC, the OEM board vendor is the best person to handle the customization that might have made on the NIC integrated and to avoid any warranty issue of the board in case there is.
If you have questions, please let us know.
Best regards,
Michael L.

Hi Michael,
I'm board designer.
Resource and Design Center couldn't find any latest eeupdate for arm.
We have eepromARMtool but it couldn't detect I350 chipset.
Could you please help to confirm how can we detect and update mac address for i350?
Thank you.

I downloaded Intel® Network Connections Tools 24.1 PV LAN Software Tools which files are almost the same before version and it was for x86 prosessor not arm prosessor.
Do you have arm prosessor tool for flashing binary at ethernet controller I350 and X550?
