Is it possible to inject ECC errors in order to check the IBECC mechanism. Also is there a way to read the status of ECC memory?
Out Intel contact that is no longer your company referred us to :
In-Band ECC (IBECC) for the Intel Atom@ x6000E series, and Intel@ Pentium@ and Celeron@ N and J Series Processors for 10T Applications - Technical Advisory (Document Number: 621436)
but we cannot find this document.
Thank You,
Tony
