For Intel atom x5 E3930 processor (Product No: 51013-0408-13-5), what is the maximum read and write frequencie supported for SPI boot flash

Im using Kontron COM module SMARC-sXAL4 E2 E3930 4G/8S in m y design which has above mentioned atom processor. I need to understand the max freq of SPI interface
