You can check document #606615 - EHL Gold Deck, on page 9.
"Product Discontinuance Notifications (PDN) † will typically be issued no later than 9 years after component family introduction date."
Usually the families have a support life of 7 years, and EOL can be up to 15 years.
For this processor, it was released in 2021, so you can expect a support life up to 7 years and product availability up to 15 years, but may be best to check this with an Intel Sales Representative.
You can look for a Distributor Partner near your zone and look for an Intel Sales Representative to get better details for the planification of your project.
