Hello everyone,
my computer installed the newest update for the "Intel HD Graphics 630" driver.
I have the problem now, that the software running on that computer does not work anymore.
To get the software running again I need the driver version 24.20.100.6170 from 18th June 2018.
The Intel support send my here, because we use an embedded processor.
I already tried using the newest driver 31.0.101.2127 but that also did not work, as well as using "Intel Driver and Support Assistant".
To my computer:
- Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC, Version 1809, 64 bit
- Intel HD Graphics 630
- Intel Core i7-7820EQ
Could you please help me?
It is very urgent, because the computer is just for that software and nobody can work with it at the moment.
If you have questions, just ask me I tried to reply as fast as possible.

Try checking this driver, it mentions that it works for 64 bits and it is in Dell's site.

I'm experiencing a similar issue as the user above. While trying to play Battlefield 1, I'm encountering the problem shown in the attached image. Although my driver ends with 2127 and is more recent than 4539, it behaves as if it's outdated because 4539 > 2127. Therefore, I need to install a driver that ends with 4539 or a higher number. I'm using Intel UHD Graphics 630. Could you please provide me with a link to the older driver, as you did for the user above? Additionally, I would appreciate guidance on how to uninstall the newer version before installing the older one. Thank you in advance!

Can you try with the Arc Graphics driver:

This is the right one for your graphics, but I would like that you test with the first link first.

Hello again @Diego_INTEL
I tried the Arc Driver but i got "Exit code 8 ""No driver was found that can be installed on the current device"" error. Also the second link that you atteched is the newest driver that i got so it is not working.
