Intel FCBGA1667 socket design for D1519

Hi Intel,

I recently got into the project of reflowing a bunch of network devices that have this Intel Pentium D1519 CPU. Unfortunately, I can not find anywhere socket specs, and also can't find components in Altium Designer.

Can you please help me, or send me where I can find a file that I can import into Altium so I can make a stencil for it?

Thank you

Hello @sajberista,

Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.

The Intel® Xeon® Processor D-1500 Series are not supported anymore, you can check this link:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000022396/processors.html

You may try checking in RDC for the document #574340 - Summary of Design Considerations for Intel® Xeon® Processor D-1500 NS and all the reference documents that are mentioned in page 3.

I think these two are the documents that may be more useful:

#567993 - Broadwell DE NS SoC Ballout Signal and Mechanical Package

#569724 - Broadwell-DE NS SoC Family Echo Canyon Design Archive

You will need a Premier account in order to get access to these documents.

Best regards,
